1. Usage Rights
• All commissioned artworks are for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon in writing.
• Commercial usage (e.g., album art, merchandise, promotional content) requires a separate agreement with revised pricing. Please email me directly to discuss.
• I retain the rights to display the finished artwork in my portfolio and on my social media, unless a privacy request is made beforehand.2. Payment
• Payments are processed via Buymeacoffee or through VGen
• Full payment is required upfront to confirm your slot unless stated otherwise.3. Refund Policy
• Refunds are only available before I begin the final rendering.
• If you request a refund after work has started, only a 50% partial refund will be issued as a service charge will apply (covers time spent on sketches, communication, admin, etc.).
• No refunds once the final artwork has been delivered.4. Revisions
• Minor revisions (color tweaks, small adjustments) are allowed during the sketch phase.
• Major changes after approval of the sketch may incur an additional fee.5. Turnaround Time
• My estimated turnaround time is 2-4 weeks, depending on complexity and my queue.
• I’ll keep you updated throughout the process, but please be patient — I’m one human!6. Communication
• Please keep all commission-related communication through V-Gen(or X) to help me stay organized.
• Ghosting for over 30 days will result in your commission being considered cancelled with no refund.
